A number of Jewish candidates are among the 120 who are contesting in today’s general elections for the 90 seats in the Tunisian National Legislative Assembly. The Jewish candidates appear in the list of the Neo-Destour party, the party of President Habib Bourguiba, as well as on the five other lists.
