A mining incident in which two Israeli soldiers were injured and two instances of attempted sabotage in Jerusalem were reported by a military spokesman today as Arabs in East Jerusalem and several West Bank towns created minor disturbances in connection with the first anniversary of last June’s Six-Day War. The mining occurred this morning when a military vehicle hit an explosive planted on a road near the Nahal (para-military until) settlement of Elal. Another anti-vehicle mine was found and dismantled yesterday on a track cast of the Jordan Valley settlement of Shaar Hagolan. In Jerusalem list night, an explosive charge went off near a stone fence in the vicinity of the railroad station dislodging three stones but doing no other damage. Earlier a 15-year-old boy was reported to have picked up a bomb device containing about a half kilogram of gelignite without knowing what it was. The youngster removed the pencil-shaped timer and discarded the explosive charge. Later the timing device exploded slightly injuring his face.
