John Dight, Leader of British Jewry, Dies in London; Was 74

John Dight, chairman of the Jewish Defense Committee and a leader of British Jewry, died here today at the age of 74. Born in London, Mr. Dight served as chairman of the Association of Jewish Friendly Societies and was named to the Jewish Defense Committee in 1948.
