Commander Oliver Locker-Lampson, Conservative, plans to introduce a resolution in the House of Commons protesting against impending expropriation of property of “non-Aryan” British nationals in Germany, it was learned today. He will urge joint action with the United States to preserve minority rights. It is understood that prime Minister Neville Chamberlain will be asked next Wednesday whether he will give time to debate on the resolution.
