The Amman radio today charged that a party of 800 Israeli troops attacked a number of Jordanian villages in the Jerusalem area last night. Israeli spokesmen have made no comment on the Jordanian report.

Also reported by Arab sources is a Jordan Government threat to “reconsider” the Israel-Jordan truce because of the incident. The reports said that several Arab Legionnaires had been killed and a number wounded in the reported clashes.
