The United States has agreed to give Jordan a $35,000,000 development grant, to be paid over several years, it was reported here today from Amman. At the same time, Jordan and the Soviet Union have agreed to a program of technical and broadcasting cooperation, which provides for the exchange of programs and technical assistance.
