Israel submitted to the Security Council today 11 pages of copies of documents in Arabic containing Jordanian military operational orders which included instructions “to wipe out the civilian inhabitants of the Israel population centers.”

In a letter from Ambassador Gideon Rafael to Secretary-General U Thant, the U.N. membership was informed that the original documents were available for inspection at the offices of the Israel Mission to the United Nations. Reproductions of the documents were circulated today to the U.N. membership as an official General Assembly and Security Council document.
