Jordan’s King Abdullah and Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak denied reports that they plan to visit Israel. Abdullah, who Israeli sources had said would come to Israel this week for talks with Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, announced Monday that no such visit had been arranged, but that he hoped to see Sharon at next week’s opening of the United Nations General Assembly.
