Joseph Rosensaft, president of the World Federation of Bergen-Belsen Survivors Associations, died today while on a visit to London. He was 64. The body will be flown tomorrow to New York where a funeral ceremony will be held on Sunday. Mr. Rosensaft, a business executive, was born in Bendin, Poland and immigrated to the United States in 1952. He was a member of the board of the Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot, Israel, and was the author of a book, “Holocaust and Rebirth.” published in 1965.
