Joseph Saphir, Minister Without Portfolio, will leave Tuesday for the United States to attend the Zionist Organization of America convention, the Cabinet was informed today. Dr. Zerach Warhaftig, the Religious Affairs Minister, will go to Argentina early next month to attend a conference of Jewish community councils.
