Funeral services will be held here tomorrow for Joseph Weinberg, former president of the Workmen’s Circle, who died in Miami Beach Saturday. He was 78. Mr. Weinberg, who held the Workmen’s Circle presidency for nine different terms in the course of more than 40 years, was also treasurer of the Jewish Labor Committee and treasurer of the American ORT.
