The American Economic Committee for Palestine gave a dinner Friday night to Judge Julian W. Mack, its honorary chairman on the occasion of his approaching seventieth birthday with a specially bound volume of Dr. Theodor Herzl’s “The Jewish State,” Judge Mack’s birthday occurs July 19.
Mrs. Edward Jacobs, president of Hadassah, announced her organization would name in Judge Mack’s honor a room in the Hadassah-Hebrew University medical centre, construction of which starts next month.
