Justice Bolitha Laws of the United States District Court today ordered an investigation of six telegrams he received before he took the bench to decide the cases of Mrs. Wera Giegerich, 48, and Mrs. Fannie Rubinowicz, 46, Jewish sisters who claim to be of American birth but who are now held in Nazi concentration camps. Two of the persons whose names appeared on the telegrams denied to a reporter that they had sent them.
