Ambassador Katriel Katz, who has been holding the post of Israel’s Consul General in New York for three years, has been named Israeli Ambassador to Moscow, it was learned here today. Michael Arnon, Israel’s Ambassador in Ghana, will be transferred to New York to succeed Mr. Katz who will leave for his new post at the end of June.
