David Kluger, prominent New York businessman, has been named campaign chairman for the State of Israel Bond Drive for New York City. Mr. Kluger recently established an organization and fund for revolving credit to aid Israel businessmen. This plan will facilitate the location and purchase, through the Manufacturers Association of Israel, of steel, anti-biotics, citric acids and other essential material for the expansion of Israel’s industry.
