A call for broad support of the United Nations, for “work to strengthen it,” and for understanding “what it is, what it is not–and what it can become” was issued here today by Philip M. Klutznick, president of B’nai B’rith and member of the United States delegation to this year’s session of the United Nations General Assembly.

Mr. Klutznick issued his call in an address delivered before the Cincinnati chapter of the American Association for the United Nations. He appeared as a representative of the American delegation to the UN.
