Philip M. Klutznick, B’nai B’rith president, was presented here today with the annual award for distinguished contributions to the advancement of Jewish education by the National Federation of Jewish Men’s Clubs, an affiliate of the United Synagogue of America, central body of Conservative Judaism. Mr. Klutznick addressed the Federation’s 29th annual convention which is taking place here.
