Kofi Annan may call off a U.N. panel’s fact-finding mission to the Jenin refugee camp. A key deputy who briefed the Security Council on Tuesday said the U.N. secretary-general was “leaning heavily” toward disbanding the fact-finding team because of Israeli concerns that the panel would not be even-handed, The Associated Press reported.
