The forming of a special committee to settle Jews on the land was confirmed by the “Zik”, the Central Executive Committee of the Communist Party.
Among the members of that committee are the well-known Communist leaders, Litwinow, Krassin, Mereschin and Dimantstein, formlery People’s Commissar For Jewish Affairs.
