Land for the Straus colony, Nathania, named for Nathan Straus, was acquired today. The area comprises 3,000 dunams near Herzliah and will be the first colony to be established at the seashore. The amount of £70,000 will be invested in establishing the colony. The first fifty settlers will proceed to the colony shortly.
