Las Vegas has the fastest growing Jewish population in the United States. Some 75,000 Jews lived in Las Vegas in 2000, an increase of 35 percent from 1995, according to a survey published in the American Jewish Committee’s 2001 American Jewish Year Book. Seattle has the second fastest growing Jewish community, up 27 percent since 1991.
