On motion of the Government, the remaining charges against five of the 17 members of the Christian Front “Action Committee” indicted last Feb. 9 were nolle pressed today and the defendants were released. Those involved in today’s proceedings are William Gerald Bishop, who was rearrested by immigration inspectors as he left the courtroom for deportation proceedings; John T. Prout Jr., John A. Viebrock, William Bushnell Jr. and Macklin Boettger.
