The United Arab Republic formally complained to the Security Council here tonight that Israel has “renewed acts of aggression by Israeli armed forces” on the Syrian border. A letter to this effect was presented by UAR delegation chairman Omar Loutfi to Sir Pierson Dixon, of Britain, this month’s president of the Council. Israel was also expected to submit a letter tonight.
