The last rites for Philip Cohen, governor of the New York Curb Exchange were, held yesterday at the Riverside Memorial Chapel.

Mr. Cohen succumbed to a heart attack on Thursday as he was riding home in a taxicab.

Mr. Cohen was a native of New York, having been born on the lower East Side. His widow, three sisters and three brothers survive him.
