Latin American and Carribean Jewish leaders gathered in Guatemala to discuss Jewish education, poverty and demography. The Ninth Meeting of Leaders of Latin American and Caribbean Jewish Institutions and Communities, in the picturesque city of Antigua, has drawn scholars, rabbis, teachers, community leaders and youth from 22 countries, including France, Israel and the United States, in addition to nearly every country in Latin America.
