Latvian Premier Greets Riga Jews in Hebrew

A greeting in Hebrew, the first of its kind ever sent by a premier of the country, was dispatched today by Premier Karlis Ulmanis of Latvia to the congregation of the oldest Latvian synagogue, in the city of Mitau, Latvia, celebrating its 150th anniversary today.
