Latvia’s Supreme Court reduced the sentences of a group of neo-Nazis who bombed a Soviet war memorial in 1997, according to the Union of Councils for Soviet Jews. The court also said the members of the Thunder Cross group will not have to pay $32,000 for the damage they caused.
