Funeral services will be held tomorrow for Jules Bueno de Mesquita, leader of Shaareth Israel, the Spanish-Portuguese Synagogue here, who died at the age of 74. Born in England, Mr. de Mesquita came to this country in 1898 and, in a few years, became one of the world’s leaders in the safety razor and blade industry.
