Mo she Sharett, former Prime Minister of Israel, left the United States today at the conclusion of a visit to this country during which he appeared in a number of cities on behalf of the Israel Bond Organization. His addresses were lauded by leaders of the Israel Bond campaign as “highly stimulating and successful” for the campaign.
A farewell reception given for Mr. and Mrs. Sharett last night by Israel Consul General Simcha Pratt was attended by leaders of all walks of American Jewish life. They included the top leadership of all major Jewish organizations Zionist and non-Zionist, as well as the leaders of the Council of the Jewish Federations and Welfare Funds which represents all Jewish communities in the United States and Canada.
