Eric Colban, director of the national minorities department of the League of Nations, arrived here yesterday and was received by Minister of Foreign Affairs Zaleski.
Mr. Colban has spent the last six months visiting various European countries for the purposed of examining the position of the national minorities. He will go to Roumania from here.
The Zionist Council of Greater New York has made arrangements for a Chanukah concert to be given by the Habima, the company of the Moscow Hebrew Art Theatre, on December 5th at Mecca Temple.
This will be in the form of a reception to the Habima by the New York Zionists.
