Lebanon is preparing to file charges against the International Herald Tribune over a pro-Israeli ad that appeared last week in the newspaper, which has a Beirut edition. The ad in last Friday’s edition was sponsored by the New York-based Anti-Defamation League and ran on page 7 under the headline, “Israel, we are with you. Now more than ever.”
