Lebanon reportedly has increased its military presence along the border with Israel. According to the Israeli daily Ha’aretz, the increased army forces have been evident since September. The paper also reported that Lebanon has deployed plainclothes officers who have blocked a number of attempts to cross Israel’s northern border.
