The reappointment of Lee I. Hecht as a member of the Appeal Tax Court of Baltimore was announced today by Mayor William F. Broening. His name was sent to the City Council tonight and confirmed. Mr. Hecht, who is a lawyer, is the Democratic member of the Tax Court, and has been holding over since March 1, 1929.
