The Chwila, leading Polish. Zionist newspaper in the Polish language, had the following to say with regard to the statement of the Jewish Agency Executive on the Jewish Telegraphic Agency:

“The left wing in Palestine has obviously been fighting through the Zionist Executive for some time, behind the scenes, the only Jewish news agency, the Jewish Telegraphic Agency, which is an influential factor in forming public opinion. The first step in this fight carried on by the left wing was the establishment of the Palcor news service within the offices of the Jewish Agency. This news service carrying sensational information injected by the Palestine labor leaders has been tendentious in nature. The news bulletins of the Palcor carried columns boasting of the merits of the present Zionist Executive, which is dominated by the laborites, or polemics with the Revisionists.

“The new Palcor service has often been damaging to the Zionist tactics, as for example in immigration matters. Now it has been converted into a professional information organ again. The particulars were hitherto concealed from the public, but the communique now issued by the press office of the Jewish Agency throws some light on the game, which is still conspirative.”
