Leo Dultzin, director of the Jewish Agency’s economic department, told a press conference here today that out of $173,600,000 loaned by the Government to industry, only about $2,000,000 went to small enter-prises. On the basis of those figures, he averred that the Government does not do justice to the middle class immigrants here.
