Considered by his colleagues an important factor in saving the Yeshiva Rabbi Israel Salanter, Washington avenue and 170th street, the Bronx, from financial disaster during the last two years, Leon Fuchs, member of the board of directors, will be gust of bonor at the Yeshiva’s fifteenth anniversary banquet to be held Sunday evening, March 4, at the Concourse Plaza Hotel, 161st street and Grand Concourse.
Judge Harry Stackell, Rabbi Solomon Reichman, Max J. Schneider, president. of the Heights and Chariman of the Bronx division of the American Palestine Campaign, will Speak. A souveuir journal will be ditributed. Proceeds will go towared the maintenance of the Yeshiva.
