Likud Party members voted against Ariel Sharon’s plan for a unilateral withdrawal from Gaza, Israeli media reported. The Israeli prime minister’s plan failed Sunday by an estimated 20-point margin, according to early returns cited by Israeli television stations, which put those voting against the plan at 60 percent.
