Los Angeles Jewish Hospital Head Dies

Funeral services were held here for Dr. Herman Sugarman, chief of staff of the Cedars of Lebanon Hospital, who succumbed to pneumonia. Services were conducted by Rabbi Edgar F. Magnin.

Dr. Sugarman was forty-four years old and had been practicing in Los Angeles for twenty-one years. He was born in Omaha and educated there and in Los Angeles. He was a member of Temple B’nai Brith.
