Louis Lipsky to Be Honored for 50 Years of Service to Zionism

In recognition of more than 50 years of distinguished service to the cause of Jewry and the Zionist movement and to mark his 75th birthday, Louis Lipsky, veteran Zionist leader, will be honored at the forthcoming Weizmann Dinner at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel on November 29th, it was announced today by chairman Dewey Stone.

At that time a committee of long-time friends and top leaders of the American Jewish community under the chairmanship of Harry Scherman, president of the Book of the Month Club, will launch the Louis Lipsky Exchange Fellowship Fund to be established at the Weizmann Institute of Science at Rehovoth, Israel.
