Lubin and Sack Named to Posts by Roosevelt

President Roosevelt today sent to the Senate the nominations of Isadore Lubin to be Commissoner of Labor Statistics, and Leo R. Sack of Pennsylvania to be American Minister to Costa Rica. Both men are at their posts, having received interim appointments from the President.
