Harris Lubin, 64 years old, who came here about fifty years ago and was one of the first Jewish settlers of Worcester, died yesterday as a result of an operation. Mr. Lubin, who was a prominent merchant, was the owner of stores in Worcester, Spencer, Marlboro, Westboro, Hopkinton and Warren.
