Ludwig Haas, 55, leader of the National Democrats, died here yesterday. Haas was the leading executive member of the Central Association of German Citizens of the Jewish Faith. Since 1912 he had been a member of the Reichstag and in 1918 was minister of the interior of Baden. During the war Haas was director of the Jewish department of the German civil administration of the occupied Polish territories.
