The Canadian Jewish Congress has been invited to appoint an official Jewish pastoral adviser to cooperate with the chaplain of University College at Waterloo Lutheran University, Waterloo, Ontario, to serve the needs of the university’s 90 Jewish students, it was reported here today. The invitation was extended by William J. Villaume, president of the university.
