Jacob Lvovitch, 62, veteran Russian Zionist, and personal friend of Menachem M. Ussishkin, head of the Jewish National Fund, died here today. After the Bolsheviks confiscated his large estates he escaped from Winnitza to Ukrainia and settled in Lemberg, where he lived in poverty.
