Maximilian Morgenthau, prominent real estate man, died here yesterday after a short illness. Mr. Morgentha was the brother of Henry Morgenthau Sr., former Ambassador to Turkey, and uncle of the Secretary of the Treasury, Henry Morgenthau, Jr. He was 89 years old.
