Marcy I. Berger, secretary of the Federation of Jewish Charities of Chicago and prominent in philanthropic work, has accepted appointment as the National Secretary of the $15,000,000 United Jewish Campaign. With his acceptance. Mr. Berger retires for the present time from his post in Chicago.

Mr. Berger. at the request of David A. Brown, National Chairman of the United Jewish Campaign will assume responsibility for the collection of all pledges made throughout the country. Mr. Berger will make his headquarters in Chicago.

Mr. Berger participated in Chicago’s recently concluded $4,000,000 campaign, $1,000,000 of which was allotted to the United Jewish Campaign. He also was active in the War Relief Campaign of 1916 and 1917.
