Secretary of State George C. Marshall will arrive here Friday for last minute consultations with the American delegation at the United Nations just prior to the opening of the third regular session of the U.N. General Assembly, it was confirmed in U.S. circles here today. Marshall will map but the strategy of the U.S. delegation on various issues to be discussed by the Assembly, including the Palestine problem.
