The Joint Defense Appeal, fund-raising arm of the Anti-Defamation League of B’nai B’rith and the American Jewish Committee announced today the appointment of Marvin Kratter, president of a real estate investment corporation, as chairman of the 1962 JDA campaign. The drive will seek to raise $6,100,000. It will be launched with a dinner here on April 17.
