The first anniversary of the Palestine riots will be observed in Montreal September 3, with a mass meeting at Annex Hall. Berl Locker, prominent Poale Zion leader of New York, will be the principal speaker. In connection with the anniversary meeting a campaign will be carried on to raise the funds needed to build a house in Palestine in the name of Ephraim Chizik, who was killed in the defense of Chuldah.
