The Department of State today confirmed the appointment of Maurice Bisgyer, executive vice-president of B’nai B’rith, as a member of the United States National Commission for UNESCO. Mr. Bisgyer will represent his organization on the Commission which will hold its 7th annual conference in Denver in September.
